No. You can keep the number you already use — we either port it or set up forwarding through Telnyx, whichever fits your setup. If you'd rather add a fresh line, we can do that too. The telephony work is entirely on us.
It hands off cleanly. Based on rules you set, it either transfers the caller to you or your team, or takes a detailed message and texts it to you right away. A human always has a fallback path — the AI never traps a caller.
